The first plant had been banged around by the mail carrier. I contacted the owner and they refunded my payment the same day and sent me a replacement plant (in great shape) at no charge. Stellar customer service and beautiful plant.

I am giving 5 stars. It was well packaged abs it came with very clear instructions of what to do. Aslo it contained info regarding the seed. Where it came from…. What day it germinated…. Very nice thought. I purchased the seedling bare root. Unfortunately the seedling didn’t make it. It was very dry when I got it. I imagine shipping was brutal for the little guy. I emailed Stephan and he told me not to worry , he would send me another one. And he did, I just received one in the mail. This time the seedling was in soil in a small pot. It looks very nice and green. I am hopeful this time the seedling will make it. My thanks to Stephen. And yes I would buy from him again. My suggestion for those who may like to buy a baobab seedling, you may want to buy one in a pot with soil. Thank you Stephen H
