Received the Baobab seeds on September 30th, there were two extra seeds in the package. It is now October 2nd and already some of them have started to sprout. I soaked the seeds in RO water for about 6 hours and then peeled the outer coat off. Next I will pot them and see how many survive.

Was able to germinate seeds. It really depends on how well you prepare the seed. Filing down the seed on one side and then letting it soak made all the difference.

• ★★★★★

Three seeds sprouted and are healthy.

Excellent seller! The seeds arrived quickly, well packaged, and exactly as described. The seeds look healthy and high quality, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Great communication and a smooth transaction from start to finish. Highly recommended seller I would definitely buy again!

I was able to germinate most of the seeds by nicking them with an angle grinder, placing them in hot water for 24 hours, then peeling them and placing them in a covered napkin. Unfortunately, during my first attempt, I left them in the napkin for 3 days to root…which they did. But even with the light dampness, I lost most to rot. On my second attempt, I repeated the nick, 24 hours soak, peel, but only 24 hours in a napkin (began showing roots) placed them in sand. Still waiting on results.

Fresh seeds and comes with a card that has a QR code on it that directs you to their website that is extremely informative!! Definitely will be making another purchase with them.

I'm giving it four stars on quality since I don't know how viable they are, but if I get around 50% germination I'll bring it back to 5 stars. I had a little issue with my order (on my side) and they took care of it. Shipping was super fast--then again I'm basically around the corner from them, so to speak, but they were quick to ship. Thanks.
